About Us

Our assistants have been working with executives, private families and celebrities for many years.   Our main focus is to find you the perfect assistant that will make your life easier.

We work with highly experienced Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants and Estate Managers who have built impressive resumes working for prestigious firms, families or celebrities.  We also work with Administrative Assistants who have a variety of experience. 

In addition, we have an in house staff of temporary assistants who can come out to your home or office to help you as office temps, to do organization, running errands, or what ever you need.  We aim to please!

Do you need someone to pick up where you left off in Quicken? Great! We have people who are Quicken and Quickbooks literate.

If you are looking for someone to help you out for a few hours at a time, or on a full time basis, it can be hard to find the right person.  If you hire someone through us and it doesn’t work out, we will guarantee a replacement for up to six months from the first hire date. 
 
We only work with candidates that have a minimum of five years of experience working as an assistant or manager.   They must be computer literate, be able to pass a background check, and must be U.S. citizens. 

Our jobs tend to give us lots of variety and therefore we love what we do! Our hours of availability are generally Monday through Friday 9am to 7pm. However, we are flexible and we will do our best to fit into your schedule.
